Riding Bikes and Christmas in September

Here's Wesley "riding" his bike-- it's never too early to start!

Well, she finally did it-- Noelle can now ride her bike without training wheels. It's fun, but she doesn't look for cars at all, and since we live in a neighborhood without sidewalks, it's probably not the safest activity. Brian took her to buy a new bike, so maybe this time she can win the race:) Christmas in September (don't worry- we were just playing, i didn't really buy gifts in September :)

Fast like a cheetah

Noelle participated in her first race this weekend. It was a duathalon-- there was about a 25 yard run, a 50 yard bike, and another 25 yard run. She took 3rd place in her age group (girls 3-4 years). Here's a photo of her on the podium :) She could have done better but her bike it so small! Ironic considering her dad works for a bike company.....

Information Salad

Ingredients:
Mushrooms
Grandmas
Crafts

Then mix and smooth and spray information in.

Noelle was pretending to cook, and said she was making "Information Salad". When asked what the ingredients were, and how to make it, this is exactly what she said. Where do they come up with this stuff???

It's been so long...

I don't even know where to start. So here are a few recent photos of the kids.

The black eye is from when Wesley thought he was going to walk over and lean against the coffee table, but he started the "lean" well before he ever got to the table, fell forward, and hit his eye socket/upper cheekbone on the table. It was instantly black and blue.
